Exchanges, Refunds or Returns

Charlie Dont Surf Co. encourage all customers to carefully consider their purchase. We may consider a refund should there be a defect in the product, however no refund is provided for change of mind and item/s must be in original non worn condition.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered.  All garment tags must be still attached to the item.  Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.  An exchange will only be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.


No refunds or exchanges will be granted for changing your mind.
All postage will be paid for by the customer for any returns.  

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once approved, you will either receive your exchange or issued a refund on the cost of the item (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card or account used to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality.

PLEASE NOTE: All approved returns that have not been received within 14 days of approval will expire and be considered rejected.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If the style is no longer available we will offer you an exchange or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

 Refund

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 3-5 working days. If you paid via paypal, keep in mind there is a surcharge fee. 
Sale items cannot be refunded.
